  • At Eryn Kathleen Acupuncture and Wellness, we operate on a "pay and submit" basis. As a solo practitioner clinic, we do not offer direct billing to insurance companies. Payment is required at the time of service, and we'll provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement according to your plan's coverage. This streamlined approach allows us to focus on delivering quality care without administrative overhead.

  • 24-Hour Notice Required We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules.

    Late Cancellation Fee Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 100% of your scheduled appointment cost.

    No-Show Policy Failure to attend your appointment without any prior notice (no-show) will also result in a charge of 100% of your scheduled appointment cost.
